She lived a very full life, in 1994 she and Lucile traveled to their ancestral home Ireland. She was also very loved in her neighborhood where she lived for over seventy years. Just a few years ago she walked over to a block party with a homemade cake to share and entertained the younger generation with stories of how mid-town Palo Alto used to be. She could often be seen driving through town in her Cadillac and occasionally enjoyed a few sips of the whiskey she kept in a bottle under her sink.

Rosemary is survived by her sister Lucile Kucharczk of Virginia Beach, VA and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and even a great great great nephew. Rosemary was blessed with a large extended family and many friends.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her dear son, Kirk E. Martin; brothers, Jerry and Robert; sister, Frances Markert; brothers-in-law, Clair Markert and Valentine Kucharczk; and sister-in-law Marjorie Goggins.

The family is grateful to Adi Caucau and her son Ratu for their loving care the last 6 1/2 years which allowed Rosemary to remain in her home.
