Dear Bobbie and family,
May God continue to grant you His abundant comfort.
Bill is sorely missed, but we rejoice that he is with Jesus.
It was a joy for Steve to pray with Bill on Wednesday mornings at 6am at the church for a better part of two decades before going overseas. When Dick Pearson was active at Valley, those sweet prayer times with the men at your place on Saturday mornings were some of the most encouraging times in Steve's walk with Christ.
Everyone who ever prayed with Bill knows he loved to recite by memory Psalm 105:1-4 as he praised and petitioned our Lord together. That passage of scripture is forever etched in our mind in Bill's voice.
Here's to Bill: a tender, compassionate, humble, wise servant of Jesus who was used of God in so many of our lives at Valley Church and beyond!
